Job summary

Embrace Church seeks a dedicated leader to head our Guest Services team, shaping a welcoming atmosphere across campuses. You will recruit, train, and lead volunteers, ensure consistent hospitality standards, and collaborate with staff to create a warm, engaging environment for all attenders.

You will also guide small group leadership and work with ministries to foster growth and connection. The role emphasizes discipleship, community-building, and a proactive approach to guest experience,

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate authentic Christian faith and discipleship
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to train and equip volunteers and staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the First Impression (Guest Services) team across campuses
• Oversee guest services strategy and ensure a seamless visitor experience
• Create and enforce hospitality standards to boost visitor engagement
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to maintain a warm church atmosphere
• Organize community-building events for newcomers across campuses
• Train team members to reflect the church's mission in guest interactions
• Evaluate visitor feedback to improve the guest experience
• Lead small group ministry vision and recruit/train leaders
• Support cross-ministry collaboration to integrate groups into youth, men’s and women’s ministries
• Provide leadership and resources for ministry leaders and leadership development
• Coordinate church-wide events to foster unity and engagement
• Stay current with best practices in small group ministry and discipleship
