Embrace Church in Sioux Falls is seeking a Guest Services Director to lead and develop a First Impression team across campuses, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for all attenders. You will oversee guest services strategy and implementation, and establish consistent hospitality standards that enhance visitor engagement and retention.

This role calls for recruiting, training, and equipping volunteers and small group leaders, aligning ministry across youth, young adults, men’s and women’s
