Job summary

Southeast Christian Church in Kentucky seeks a dynamic leader to head the Full Force Guest Experience at the LA Campus, guiding a team from street to seat and shaping a welcoming guest culture.

You will recruit and train volunteers, ensure spaces are ready for weekend services, and manage a ministry budget while aligning with our mission and seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, Fun.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Southeast’s Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.
• Recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers for Greeters, Ushers, Parking Lot, Hospitality, New Here Team, Connection Center Desk, Weekday Building Hosts, and events.
• Ensure the sanctuary and atrium are prepared for weekend services.
• Create and manage the ministry budget.
• Maintain alignment of guest experience with Southeast Christian Church’s mission, vision, and strategies.
