Job summary

Southeast Christian Church in Louisville is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to welcome every guest from parking lot to sanctuary, casting vision and leading a hospitality ministry. • Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or creating welcoming environments.
• Experience leading volunteers and building teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish the tone and provide leadership to volunteers to welcome everyone onto the campus.
• Recruit volunteers and provide leadership, training and coordination for Parking, Greeters, Welcome Center/Connection Center, Ushers, and more.
• Prepare sanctuary for weekend services and ensure offerings follow procedures.
• Coordinate care and prayer initiatives with campus staff as needed.
