Job summary

VENU+ is seeking an Arcade Operations Attendant to help run an energetic entertainment venue. You will monitor arcade games and locker kiosks, assist guests with game rules, and keep the floor inviting and organized for a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends. Prior hospitality/entertainment exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in entertainment or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain arcade games and locker kiosk systems.
• Guide guests, explain game rules, controls and strategies.
• Keep the assigned area clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Ensure the redemption center is well-stocked.
• Guide guests through prizes and ensure memorable experiences.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
