SPS is seeking reliable, proactive Shift Leads to support daily operations at The Rink at Rockefeller Center in New York City. This seasonal/temporary role serves as an on-shift resource for staff and an extension of management, ensuring shifts run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, manage coverage, monitor guest flow and safety, and collaborate with the Manager on Duty to maintain high service standards. Weekend and late shifts are required.

Formación

• Previous lead, supervisory, hospitality, guest services, attraction, events, retail, or venue experience preferred.
• Confident communicator who can provide clear direction and support to a team.
• Proactive, dependable, organized, and solutions-oriented.
• Strong judgment and ability to remain calm during high-volume periods.
• Weekend, holiday, early-morning, and late-night availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and deliver warm, genuine hospitality.
• Assist with training and coaching team members across Rink operations.
• Support staff assignments, breaks, shift coverage, opening/closing, and daily operational readiness.
• Monitor guest flow, safety, cleanliness, capacity, and service standards.
• Provide direction and support to staff throughout the shift.
• Resolve routine guest and operational issues and escalate when appropriate.
