Job summary

Merlin Entertainments’ Peppa Pig World of Play Michigan is seeking a Guest Experience Shift Lead with an hourly pay rate of $15.98. This entry-level leadership role offers hands-on coaching and support from experienced supervisors.

You will help the Guest Experience team during daily operations and jump in to assist guests and teammates as needed. Learn leadership skills through coaching, help train team members, and maintain a fun, safe environment for families while working with supervisors

Qualifications

• Entry-level leadership role with coaching and hands-on learning
• Strong customer service background preferred but not required
• Outgoing, positive, confident communication with guests

At Peppa Pig World of Play, our Guest Experience Leads help support the team that creates memorable experiences for all the families that visit our attraction! This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership role where you'll learn how to lead in a fun, fast paced environment - with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way.

You'll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you!

What You'll Do

• Help support the Guest Experience team during daily operations


• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed


• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience


• Help train and motivate team members


• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families


• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
