Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervise team during a 37–40 hour workweek and ensure safe, ethical operation of the shift. The role includes handling alcohol/tobacco sales per state law and leading guests and associates.

Responsibilities cover greeting guests, preparing shakes and ice cream items, operating POS and gas console, stocking, security, maintenance, and accurate time records. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Shift Leaders must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to greet guests, provide friendly service and handle transactions accurately.
• Wollows policies to ensure safe, ethical operation of the shift and maintain compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services: deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• DipSide Guest Services: assist with shakes, cones, sundaes, and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console, authorize and register transactions, and handle payments.
• Stock shelves, mirroring, and maintain clean, organized store environment.
• Maintain security, monitor cash drops, and follow tobacco/alcohol procedures.
• Maintain store and equipment, monitor temperatures, and complete time records.
