• Resolves customer concerns promptly to ensure guest happiness.
• Inspires and motivates crew and management to exceed performance expectations.
• Leads team in collecting and acting on VOC feedback.
• Ensures optimal staffing levels to meet guest service needs.
• Maintains food safety, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients.
