Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly to welcome them within the retail location.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Assist customers, determine their needs and help them choose right selections.
• Assist management in merchandising and store operations.
• Operate the POS quickly and accurately, process payments and receipts.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and presentation are up to standard.
• Cross-train across multiple departments.
• Participate in training and product knowledge meetings.
