Qualificações

• Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and foster a welcoming environment.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Assist customers in identifying needs and educate on selections.
• Support merchandising and operational procedures as directed by management.
• Operate the POS quickly and accurately for checkout and receipts.
• Maintain stock levels, signage, and product presentation.
