Job summary

Chevroletoffredericksburg is seeking a Service BDC & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Service Department. This role focuses on driving service appointments, supporting Service Advisors, coordinating Service Valet and loaner vehicles, and maintaining accurate service records.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with strong communication skills. Prior dealership or customer service experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and assist guests with scheduling service appointments
• Answer guest questions and provide professional communication
• Promote, schedule, and coordinate Service Valet appointments
• Manage the service loaner vehicle process, including scheduling, records, documentation, and vehicle tracking
• Follow up with guests regarding their service experience and help support overall guest satisfaction
• Perform daily administrative duties including record keeping, scanning, filing, document organization, and data entry
• Maintain accurate and organized service department records
• Assist with Guest Concierge responsibilities as needed
• Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Service Department as needed
