Job summary

Raines Co invites applicants for a Server position to provide fast, friendly service in a hotel/restaurant setting. You will greet guests, describe menu items, take and upsell orders, relay orders to the kitchen, and ensure guests have a satisfying dining experience.

Two years of server experience is preferred; familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) and ServSafe/TIPS certifications is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a server in hotels or restaurants.
• Front-of-house proficiency and positive guest engagement.
• Proficiency with POS systems (Aloha, Micros, etc.).
• Certifications such as ServSafe or TIPS preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain menu items and daily specials clearly.
• Take orders, upsell items, and relay orders to kitchen accurately.
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and check guest satisfaction.
• Assist bartenders and fellow servers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
