Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a server to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service, while suggestively selling menu items and ensuring guests have a great dining experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, relaying them to the kitchen, delivering to tables, checking satisfaction, and assisting teammates as needed. Prior server experience, POS proficiency, and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as server in hotels, restaurants, or related fields.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Proficient in POS systems such as Aloha, Micros, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain menu items with concise language.
• Suggestively sell menu items including appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts.
• Relay guest orders promptly to kitchen staff with accuracy.
