Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a friendly and efficient morning server to provide fast, accurate service while suggesting menu items and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes welcoming guests, taking orders, and timely delivery in a busy service environment.

Two years of server experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related setting is required. Proficiency with POS systems (Aloha, Micros or similar) and a minimum high school diploma or GED are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as server in hotels, restaurants, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain menu items and specials clearly.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen accurately and timely.
• Suggestively sell menu items including appetizers, drinks, entrées and desserts.
• Deliver orders to guests and ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Check in with guests, manage refills, and present the check.
