P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters to join our team. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience and provide hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required—training is provided. We value excellent customer service, etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a team setting while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsabilités

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on menu choices and answer questions.
• Guides guests through the dining experience, taking, placing, and serving orders, and processing payments.
• Understands seating layout and service areas to deliver food efficiently.
