Job summary

Aramark is seeking a friendly Server to join our catering and events team. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and help ensure memorable guest experiences across events and venues.

The role requires excellent customer service, solid communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior serving experience and a food safety certification are preferred to help maintain high safety standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety principles; must obtain a food safety certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physical demands: lifting, bending, standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to orders or banquet menu.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas during events.
• Replenish food and beverage products.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and verify IDs.
• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate guests' needs.
• Break down and clean/sanitize service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests and co-workers.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and ensure asset security.
