Job summary

Raines Co. seeks a friendly server to provide fast, accurate service, upsell menu items, and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience. You will take orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver food and beverages with high attention to guest satisfaction.

Two years of server experience in hotels or restaurants is preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros, and a strong focus on teamwork and customer service, are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a server in hotels or restaurants.
• Front of House proficiency and ability to use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain menu items clearly.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen accurately.
