Job summary

Bluestone Lane is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the cafe floor. You will anticipate needs, educate locals about menu items, and maximize sales while following the Steps of Service.

You will also finalize orders, operate the POS, and support a clean, efficient café environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in hospitality or sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for great service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a server or in sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with locals using clear, enthusiastic language and friendly body language.
• Maintains a hygienic, organized workspace and restocks items as needed.
• Delivers fast, accurate order placement with back-of-house to meet 10-minute target.
• Upsells food and beverages to reach a minimum check per customer.
• Follows Bluestone Lane Steps of Service and safety procedures.
• Provides exceptional customer experiences and builds local relationships.
