Job summary

Bluestone Lane in Houston is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional cafe experiences to locals, upsell menu items, and educate guests about premium Bluestone Lane offerings. You will be the frontline ambassador, welcoming guests and guiding orders with a friendly, energetic demeanor.

The role requires 1+ year in servers or sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced cafe. You will maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and aim for $30+ per customer with

Qualifications

1+ years’ experience as a server or in sales.
Minimum one-year experience in a customer service/food industry environment.
DOH accredited or SafeServe Certified preferred.
Passion for providing great service and making others happy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
