Job summary

Bluestone Lane is seeking a Service Professional to set the tone in the cafe by delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. You will educate guests about Bluestone Lane’s premium menu items, anticipate needs, and provide friendly, engaging service as host, server, and barista.

You'll uphold our Steps of Service, upsell where appropriate, work with back-of-house for timely orders, and maintain a clean, well-organized cafe. Must enjoy fast-paced environments and guest-focused teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in a full-service restaurant.
• Passion for providing great service and making others happy.
• Team player who works well in a busy environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• DOH Accreditation and/or ServSafe Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with a smile and explains theBluestone Lane dining experience.
• Guides guests on ordering via the app and upsells food and beverages.
• Ensures high-quality beverages and timely service with back-of-house coordination.
• Maintains a clean, organized cafe and adheres to grooming and uniform guidelines.
• Participates in opening and closing procedures and daily cleaning tasks.
