Job summary

Bluestone Lane is seeking a Service Professional to set the tone in the café by delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. You will educate guests on premium menu items, anticipate needs, and provide personalized service as host, server, and barista.

Responsibilities include upselling, guiding app ordering, maintaining a clean space, and upholding grooming standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant environments is required.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve high performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain Bluestone Lane dining experience.
• Educate guests about menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Assist guests with app download and ordering; highlight rewards/loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment is functional.
• Support back-of-house with accurate and timely order placement.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards and complete opening/closing duties.

Skills

2+ years experience in restaurant

DOH/ServSafe accreditation a plus
