Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, checking IDs for alcohol service, and working nights, weekends, and holidays with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• High-quality work while unsupervised.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• Follow instructions and ask questions for clarification as needed.
• Serve Safe and/or safety, food prep certifications are a plus.
• Move at least 40 pounds.
• Remain calm under stressful situations.
• Great organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Guide guests through food and beverage selections and answer questions.
• Handle all financial transactions and represent the restaurant positively.
• Prepare, maintain, and clean the work area according to side work.
• Check patron IDs and monitor alcohol service for guest safety.
