Weekender in New York is seeking a Server I to provide friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will greet and seat guests, take accurate orders, relay orders to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks while maintaining dining room cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to read, write and determine wait times per procedures.
• Must visually scan the restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide basic menu information.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, including special requests, and relay to the kitchen.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to basic requests.
• Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Process guest payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Restock supplies, maintain service stations, and support team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
