Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a Team Member for our theater operations in California, reporting to the General Manager. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell menu items, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Responsibilities include operating the Vista POS system, delivering food and drinks, assisting with seating, and enforcing alcohol service rules. Join a team focused on hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of full-service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service.
• Promote menu items and upsell add-ons.
• Operate the Vista POS system accurately.
• Ensure timely food and beverage delivery to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with seating as needed.
• Monitor age verification for alcohol service and escalate as needed.
