Job summary

Rippling, Inc. resort-style property in Bozeman seeks a courteous Server to ensure guests are served to the hotel’s standard in Restaurant/Bar/Lounge areas.

You will greet guests, present menus, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting with stock and front-desk tasks as needed, and maintaining appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/restaurant service is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must obtain food handlers and alcohol service licenses where required by local ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus, highlight daily specials.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed.
• Enter orders on POS, note special requests.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages to guests following sequence of service.
• Observe guest satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Open and pour wine tableside.
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards.
• Explain products and services available at the resort.
• Assist bus staff with stocking and station upkeep.
• Answer phones and handle basic cash transactions.
• Print closing report and process deposits according to guidelines.
