MCR is seeking a friendly, guest-focused server at DoubleTree Suites Minneapolis Downtown. You will provide prompt, accurate food service, take orders, serve items, and handle payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Must provide friendly service with a smile to guests.
• Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly from kitchen to tables.
• Process orders and handle payments using POS.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, seating areas and surrounding spaces.
• Assist in daily inventory prep and side work as required.
• Know current menu offerings and hotel amenities.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure guest comfort.
