Job summary

MCR is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the Minneapolis Downtown DoubleTree Suites by Hilton. You will oversee the housekeeping team, ensure spotless public areas and guest rooms, and maintain safety and product quality across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to schedule staff, monitor inventories, and coordinate with engineering for maintenance requests. Weekly pay, PTO and health benefits are highlighted in the job description.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Ability to follow guidelines and schedules.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping Team: daily stand-ups, review objectives, ensure checklists completed.
• Schedule Management: assign rooms, ensure rooms cleaned and ready in PMS.
• Status Reports: balance room status, resolve discrepancies.
• Storage & Supply: maintain storage rooms and monthly supply orders.
• Inventory: conduct monthly/quarterly housekeeping inventories.
• Lost and Found: manage procedures and policies.
• Crew supervision: assign duties and ensure quality.
• Chemical Safety: monitor use of chemicals per OSHA.
• Complete Daily Objectives: open/close department and inspect rooms.
