NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Server/Guest Experience Ambassador in Chestnut Hill, MA. This full-time role supports residents, colleagues, and guests by delivering a best-in-class dining experience with attentiveness and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining experience for residents, colleagues and guests.
• Serve food and beverages, accommodate special diets, and describe menu items.
• Engage with residents to take orders and explain daily menu offerings.
• Ensure residents are satisfied with service and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of meals and maintain clean service areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet and thank customers.
