Job summary

NexDine is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Ambassador in Rochester, NY to deliver a best-in-class dining experience for residents, colleagues and guests. You will greet customers, take orders, explain menu items and assist with dietary needs.

You will support meal setup and service, maintain clean service areas, ensure accurate orders, and contribute to a warm, hospitable environment that reflects NexDine’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of meals and help with dietary requirements.
• Engage with residents to take orders and explain menu items.
• Maintain clean service areas and ensure guest satisfaction.
