Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Customer focus and passion for guest service.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in order taking and transactions.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables.
• Know menu offerings and make recommendations.
• Take orders, note dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy.
• Upsell additional items.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables.
