Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and note special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Upsell additional menu items, specials, or beverages.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Engage with guests and address questions or concerns throughout the dining experience.
• Present bills, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
