Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months serving experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume full service restaurant.
• Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely, accurate manner.
• Input orders through handheld devices and process payments (cash, credit).
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables between guests.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to manager on duty when needed.
