Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Scottsdale seeks a friendly, detail-oriented restaurant server to provide exceptional service of food and beverages, take orders, input into POS, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will support staff during high-volume shifts, adhere to liquor regulations, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of all liquor rules, ability to upsell desserts, and outstanding guest relations while presenting checks and handling payments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified.
• Hold a valid TABC license.
• Basic English for customer communication.
• Ability to follow safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and repeat guest orders; input into POS.
• Deliver orders and check accuracy with guests.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and responsible service.
• Replenish beverages and assist in table clearing.
• Present checks and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
