Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a full-time restaurant server assistant in Scottsdale. You will clear and reset tables, assist food servers, and provide courteous, professional service to guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining stations, serving beverages and breads, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Must hold a current Food Handler Card or be in process of certification.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Basic English to understand inquiries and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and prepare for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and stock supplies.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads, and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
• Assist servers in delivering orders and pre-busing tables.
• Adhere to all policies, safety and security procedures.
