Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards.
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients or specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations and dining areas.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and provide receipts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
