The Norfolk Courtyard is seeking a friendly Server to deliver prompt, accurate food and beverage service to guests. You will greet guests, describe options, handle orders and payments, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the dining area.

Training covers product knowledge, guest recovery, and consistent service standards. Experience in hospitality and a positive, team-oriented attitude are valued, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and describe food and beverage options.
• Deliver food items quickly from kitchen to tables.
• Input orders and handle payments accurately on POS.
• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks.
• Clear and reset tables between guests.
• Observe diners and respond to requests.
• Complete daily inventory prep and side tasks.
• Know current food and beverage offerings.
• Escort guests to tables when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel hours and amenities.
