Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain menus and offerings.
• Take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Serve beverages and food to guests.
• Clear and clean tables promptly.
• Perform opening/closing service duties and side-work.
• Keep waiter stations clean and maintained.
• Alert management to issues and recover service as needed.
• Process guest payments at check-out.
• Assist with other service duties and delivery.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and maintain professionalism.
• Answer staff questions and communicate training steps.
• Collect contact tracing info and remind guests to wear masks as needed.
• Maintain expertise on menus, wine, cocktails; attend training.
