P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters in a full-time or part-time capacity in Lexington, KY.

You will be a core team member delivering an exceptional guest experience, with on-the-job training provided to help you excel in service excellence. Qualifications emphasize excellent customer service, ability to multi-task, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards; must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required, with Food Handler’s Card supported

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
