Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Louisville, KY is hiring dine-in servers. This role is for full- or part-time hourly positions with a focus on delivering friendly, attentive guest service.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the dining experience, answering menu questions, and processing orders and payments. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
