Job summary

You will work flexible hours, be 18+, have prior high-volume service, and possess strong guest service and multitasking skills to contribute to a fun, inclusive environment with tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service to tables.
• Take orders, answer questions about menu, and follow service steps.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Follow food allergy procedures and accommodate restrictions.
• Collaborate with team and complete opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Uphold safety and sanitation guidelines.
