Job summary

Puttshack USA seeks a friendly Server Assistant to support our service team across dining, bar, and golf areas. You will help deliver food and drinks, reset tables, and assist with side duties in a fun, fast-paced venue.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have hospitality experience, multitask well, and communicate clearly. Our venues offer flexible schedules, competitive pay with tips, health benefits, 401(k), and employee discounts on mini golf and meals.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Safely communicate in written and spoken directions.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' game each day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf courses.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Understand and follow allergy procedures and restrictions.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow all employment policies and procedures.
• Other duties including side-work, opening and closing.
