Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Server Assistant in Edina, MN to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks and to support the service team across dining rooms, bars, and golf courses.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with resets, stock stations, and follow allergy procedures while delivering friendly, efficient guest service in a dynamic, entertainment-driven venue. Flexible, part-time hours are typical with varied schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old to apply.
• Previous hospitality or food/beverage experience preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to obtain local licenses/certifications if required.
• Experience transporting food and beverages safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables and golf courses.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow allergy procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service and teamwork.
• Open/close duties and side-work as assigned.
