Qualifications

• 12+ months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with payment processing and basic math.
• Dedicated, dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform required movements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Build rapport through casual conversation while providing attentive service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy and timely service.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge and dietary questions.
• Deliver food and drinks with speed and care.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and card transactions.
