Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is actively seeking enthusiastic servers to join our front-of-house team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will warmly greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered with care.

Qualifications

• 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with payment processing and basic math.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Provide attentive service and guide guests through the menu.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during closing tasks.
