Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking enthusiastic servers who excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will greet guests, guide menu choices, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Qualifications

Minimum 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and provide attentive service.
Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
Assist guests with menu knowledge and beverage/wine recommendations.
Coordinate with kitchen for timely service and order accuracy.
Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization during shifts.
Follow alcohol service guidelines and safety procedures.
