Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly server to join our dining team. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and help ensure guests have a memorable experience with attentive service. Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking ability, and a positive attitude.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior server or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
