Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with care, accuracy, and presentation. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders in a fast-paced setting, upselling specials, and handling payments. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assist with menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
