Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a server to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain cleanliness, adhere to safety guidelines, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have prior front-facing guest service experience, require English fluency, and hold a Food Handler/TIPS certificate. Flexible hours and weekends may be needed to support our busy dining rooms.

Qualifications

• Two years of server experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of the menu.
• Serve meals and beverages to guests.
• Operate POS system and handle cash with accuracy.
• Check on tables and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and OSHA standards.
• Complete closing duties and reports as assigned.
