Job summary

Stars and Strikes is seeking a Server to create a fun, welcoming dining experience within our entertainment center. You will deliver high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment, while maintaining hospitality and guest satisfaction.

You will greet guests, take orders with a POS system, and ensure accurate delivery and payments. You’ll also assist with events and high-volume shifts, upholding safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly while ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.

• Monitor guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and refilling beverages.
• Maintain clean and organized dining, bowling lane, and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, food runners, and management to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support special events, birthday parties, and high-volume shifts while maintaining exceptional guest service.
